All Corporation Soles created will take approximately 14-17 days for completion. Impact Ministries International will prepare three (3) sets of identical Articles to be signed by the individual requesting corporation sole. Once the Articles are signed and sent back to our organization, IMI will handle all of the filings and also secure your IRS EIN number USC 6033, under code 508 Mandatory Exception Rule.
