Corporation Sole Order Request Form
All you have to do is Order On Line filling in a "Corporation Sole Order Form Packet". You can then share with us the necessary information we need to process your request and submit the completed form.
Once we receive your request we will contact you with instructions on where to send your Donation. We will also answer any questions you may have concerning the creation of your corporation sole. Once we have received the suggested donation, and it has been processed, we will immediately put your corporation sole together.

One (1) set of original Articles for Agent and NV State filings to be signed by you and sent back to our office.
- Returned to you - two (2) Nevada State Stamped Copies with filing number along with Certificate of Certified Copy from Secretary of State's office and IMI.
- One (1) Certificate of Good Standing from the Nevada State Secretary's office.
- Your Corporation Sole will also be placed in an Executive Corporate Document Portfolio.
- Your Ministry Name and the year of formation are scribed in the outer ring of the ministry seal.
- Impact Ministries International will act as your personal Resident Agent on an honorary basis [at no cost to you] saving you a minimum of $150 per year. This is our ministries gift to your ministry.
- As Resident Agent, we will secure from the IRS your Corporation Sole's EIN number under Title 26 USC 6033 & code 508 Mandatory Exception rule. This is an exclusive non-filing EIN number.
